Frequently asked questions
Where is the chassis number?
On a plate in the engine bay or under the front seat, and on the registration card or import papers. Japanese Recon cars usually carry a short chassis number such as AGH30-0412345.
What if no record is found?
You pay only after seeing that a record exists. If the check finds nothing, there is nothing to pay.
How long until the report is ready?
Usually within minutes of payment. We email you as soon as it is ready.
Do I need an account?
No. Guests pay RM 64. With a free MyCars account you pay the member price of RM 52, and the reports you buy are listed in your portal.
